About Us

Since having my daughter 7 years ago, I was always on the look out for accessories to go with her gorgeous wardrobe and found it hard to find that perfect little something that would make an outfit complete. That is, until I discovered Embellish'd!! I instantly fell in love and when the business came up for sale 5 years ago, I knew it was something I would LOVE to do!! I am passionate about spreading the joy that I felt that comes from opening up a little parcel of Embellish'd goodies. The name Embellish'd over the years has become synonymous with quality, value, superior handmade design and attention to fine detail. Since taking over I have expanded the range and when my little prince came along, I just had to create some accessories for little boys too which lead to the introduction of the bow ties and fedoras. There really is something for everyone in my extensive product range!!

Shipping & Handling

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all orders are generally shipped within 5 days of cleared payment (most often within 1 or 2 days). We use Australia Post for all of our shipping. We do our best to ensure that your items arrive safely by packaging them accordingly.

All orders are shipped in a box as a parcel to protect your purchase and come with tracking within Australia. Please note international orders may not have tracking in order to keep postage costs down for you but please advise before ordering if you would like tracking on your international order. Please get in touch before ordering if you would like to add a signature on delivery or insurance to your purchase. Please also get in touch before ordering if your order is urgent and you require express post.

Our shipping is charged at a flat rate:

General Public Retail (Aust & NZ) $6

General Public Retail (International) $15

Wholesale (Aust) $15

Wholesale (International) $30

 

 

 

Returns Policy

Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive and contact us immediately (no later than 5 days after receiving your order) if there is a problem with your order. While we take every care to ensure that your order is correct, please let us know if there is an error and we will do our best to rectify it for you quickly.

If you believe that your item is faulty please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. It should be returned in the original packaging and be unworn.  If I determined that the item is faulty it will be exchanged for you and re-issued free of charge.

There are no returns, refunds or exchanges available on custom made or sale items.

There are no refunds for change of mind and incorrect size selection.

If your item is damaged in transit please do not throw out packaging. Contact us and Australia Post and we/they will advise you of how to proceed.
